Lily & Kevin
Laura & Edmond
最受歡迎的人物 ── Adrian 及 Damien(Vicky及Eric的小朋友)

News from Kwok's Family (HK)
*extract from Kenneth's email (dated 2 Dec 2005)
| Isabelle used to work as an Managing Information System (MIS) in Real Media. She later went on and completed a postgraduate diploma in education and is now a secondary school teacher in Delia Memorial School in Mei Foo. She is teaching Word Processing and Business Communication, Chinese as a second language, Putonghua (Mandarin). Students love her a lot. Other teachers treat her nicely too. So she is happy working there. However, the work load for teachers is very high these days. The expectation on teachers are higher. Isabelle is now studying a Master's degree. Bless the Lord that our marriage has been good. God has been preserving us, And....Isabelle is pregnant for the first time! She is now 29 week pregnant. Expecting delivery in mid February 2006. So, I have to be extra nice to my beautiful, pregnant wife. For myself, I went out to private practice for 4 long years. July 2005, I went back to Hospital Authority hospitals to complete my training for family medicine. I would go through many rotations for this family medicine hospital training. I did Accident and Emergency. Now, I am doing surgery. Would move on to (internal) medicine, pregnancy medicine, bone surgery, child health, mental health. Then, it would be end of the 2 year hospital training, and I can sit for more exams. I think that this is a very good training, to be exposed to the many areas of medicine. Hopefully, I would know a bit more after these 2 years. Kenneth Kwok |
News from Lo's Family (Australia)
*extract from Edward's email (dated 31 Oct 2005)
It has been a busy few weeks for us with a new addition to our family... Bonnie gave birth to a baby girl, Hao Yee (Holly) Lo at 5am on the 12 Oct 2005 at Calvary Hospital in Canberra. It was a natural birth and Holly was 3.3kg or 7.3pounds at birth (she's sure been adding a lot of kilos since). Both Bonnie and baby are doing well, although Holly had to go back into hospital once again after birth with Jaundice. It has given me an excuse to take a few weeks off work so it's been my first chance to send you this email! I had the chance to help out at the birth and it was definitely a fantastic experience! Really made me appreciate what Bonnie goes through to have children for our family! Since coming home, it has been sleepless nights for both Bonnie and me but it sure has been a joyous time! Right now our baby is feeding once every 4 hours and so far her cries have only been for food, hugs or dirty nappies so for now she is quite a good little girl. Over the past week, Holly has been learning to smile and it just makes us laugh a lot too! Bonnie's mum has been helping us out so much and we're sure not going to cope as well as we are now once she goes back to Hong Kong in a month's time! My dad is coming tomorrow to visit so it's more time off work for me again. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy the photos! Best Regards, |
*** End***
